A wonderful hotel located downtown, only minutes from Playhouse on the Square, and an even shorter trolley ride to Beale Street and other exciting locations downtown! Amenities include newly renovated rooms, free wi-fi, an indoor swimming pool, and a large exercise facility – all overlooking downtown Memphis.

Callback Spaces
Based on a survey we conducted with company reps, and following the recommendations and feedback from HR professionals, company reps, and talent attendees, UPTA will no longer have callbacks in hotel sleeping rooms at The Sheraton Memphis Downtown.
Companies
If you intend to have callbacks or interviews during the convention, we request that all companies utilize either multi-room suites and parlors or break-out meeting rooms at The Sheraton Memphis Downtown, or one of the 17 convention spaces that UPTA has reserved at the adjoining Renasant Convention Center.
All reservations for callback spaces are first-come, first-served, and based on availability.
We encourage you to make your callback space reservations as soon as possible.

- Memphis does offer both Uber and Lyft.
- UPTA offers free shuttles to and from Playhouse on the Square and the Sheraton. However there are no shuttles from the airport to the Sheraton. All participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
If Traveling by Car
There is free parking at Playhouse on the Square, as well as an affordable parking garage in Overton Square near the theatre. Parking is not free downtown at the Sheraton. More details will be sent to participants about all parking prices in and around the Sheraton.
